Adam Good

Adam Good, Paint, came to us after a couple of stints building cabins in Alaska and working the bike rental shop at Oregon’s Black Butte Ranch. He likes riding Oregon’s vast network of trails, but you might also spot him on water skis.

Ben Price

Ben Price, aka “Mini” perfected his welding acumen at Burley and Vision before coming here in 2006 to apply his artful torch to Co-Motion’s frames.

Ben Renich

Ben Renich, a man of many skills whose handle is “Benelux”, was the first in our series of Bens, appearing here first in 2001, then taking a hiatus in 2008, only to return in 2010. No collection of Bens is complete without him!

Billy Truelove

Billy Truelove has a country star name, but really he’s better at running CNC mills and espresso machines. On a bicycle, he’s been spotted with a backward helmet and platform disco shoes

Bob Westman

bob

Bob, brazing/finishing, was Co-Motion’s first full time hire. AKA “The Brazen Hussy” he came to us from Austin Texas in 1994.

Brian Cannon

Looks tough, but he's one smooth character, and that's why we have him in sales. Look out for him on the 'cross circuit with his Co-Motion Demon cyclocross bike, where he's been terrorizing his fellow Co-Motion Factory Team racers.

Curt Jozwiak

curt

Curt has a deep background in bike fabrication, and makes his passion for craftsmanship show in the work he produces.

Dan Vrijmoet - Co-Owner

When he’s not working on shop improvements, tooling, bike designs and workflow, Dan races in the Northwest as a Cat 2 and tries to keep his 3 kids in line.

Dwan Shepard - Co-Owner

Dwan

In the early days of Co-Motion, Dwan built all of the frames. Now, he can be found designing bikes, answering the phone, or trying to make somebody laugh.

Eli Perkins

Eli, Mitering wizard. Eli makes sure the tubes called for in your bicycle plan are cut perfectly. He’s got a keen eye for detail and a strange affinity for the Nutria that plague our nearby bike path.

Karl Fredricks

karl

Karl runs our CNC vertical mill and helps with tubing inventory and mitering. He just likes the way the machines sound when they’re making metal fly.

Mic Coleman

Mic, paint, started in June, 2004, 3 months after breaking his back in a mountain bike crash. Mick does great paintwork, and he’s still riding his bike.

Pete Stasney

Pete, sales & customer support, joined us in October of 2006 and has an extensive, if checkered past in the bike industry.

Peter Bungum

Wields a hot torch with a green flame, so keep a safe distance! We started him in shipping, but he doesn't mind if we take advantage of his many other talents, nor our unusual habit of acquiring many staff members who share the same first name.

Stefanie Goodyear

Stefanie, accounting. In spite of the fact that she crunches numbers all day, she always seems to be in good spirits.

Teryk Morris

Has been voted most likely to take a bicycle tour when given a few days off. He's head of our shipping & inventory control department and really knows his bikes. If you've been within 1/4 mile of the shop, you've probably heard his booming voice regaling us with his latest exploits.
