  Bought my 2007 Hammerhead to ride with my then 7-year-old son. Our goal was to keep up with moderately fast group rides and this tandem has lived up to its performance promise. We have since put 8000 miles on the bike including fast group rides, centuries, and a multi-day supported tour. This bike handles superbly, accelerates and climbes well, and inspires confidence on high speed descents. It’s a joy to ride and the time spent cycling with my son has been priceless. The PeriScope tandem is great way to include a child in the world of adult cycling.
