Co-Motion's PeriScope tandem series

With Co-Motion's full line of adjustable multi-rider bikes you can now go riding with virtually anyone. This is the perfect solution for families or anyone who regularly rides with a variety of different partners. The PeriScope's unique frame design allows small riders to fit comfortably and the Co-Motion designed and manufactured seat collars can be adjusted quickly and easily for a wide range of rider heights. The PeriScope is available with 26 inch or 700C wheels and in a tandem, triplet or quad configuration.

The riders pictured above, on Paradise Drive in Tiburon, CA., are Cheryl LeCompte and Lauren Manierre. Cheryl is a volunteer at the Bay Area Outreach & Recreation Program (BORP) which matches pilots with visually impaired stokers and Lauren is a twenty two year old grad student at UC Berkeley. When Lauren began losing her sight in college, she traded in her single bike for a tandem, and kept right on riding. Tandem bikes are a great solution for sight or balance impaired folks who'd like to continue riding or maybe try riding for the first time.
