    Our Americano and Nor'Wester Tour bicycles have established themselves as they take their owners to places like the neighborhood store, a loop around the Great Lakes, or an incredible journey to the end of the Earth. We've learned that different people take bike tours in a variety of approaches, from haul-it-all guys with iron legs to butterfly-light gals with nothing more than a change of clothes and a few Euros. From every part of the globe, we're hearing new ideas for bike touring.

    Because we're always listening, we know that for many bike tourists, a rugged, 26"-wheeled touring bike is perfect for our shrinking world. The Pangaea is designed to tackle any continent as though it were your own. With 26" wheels and tires be-coming globally available, and many of the world's most fascinating routes a little less paved, the Pangaea is keen for your next adventure. Far from a mountain bike, the Pangaea has all the features you need for touring in the most challenging of envi-ronments.

    The Pangaea is designed as a touring bike should be, with comfortable, upright positioning, so you can take in the scenery over the great distances you’ll travel. A long wheelbase with fittings for racks, fenders and 3 bottles are all standard equip-ment. Super wide-range gearing and top-notch touring components will get you where you're going, no matter where you go.
